Living on the land that Philitha's grandfather and father built when they fled to the US from an occupied Lithuania, we want to honor how they worked the land and provided for themselves. Many of the plants that Philitha's grandmother had grown are still flourishing today, and Ron is making cuttings and gathering seeds to continue on with new plants.
